The owner personally designed and built this fully detached house near the south west coast of Sardinia. Paolo is a carpenter and a true perfectionist and he created a beautiful house and a very well-kept garden. The house is only five hundred metres away from a lovely sandy beach and is the perfect accommodation for a family with one or two children.

This unique house is located on a quiet location, a stone’s throw away from Sardinia’s west coast. The first thing you will notice when you enter the gate is the huge garden. As Paolo built the house by himself, everything about it is unique. The use of stone and wood gives the house a very warm atmosphere.

Inside you will find a living-/dining room with a large dining table and a television. Behind the bar is the kitchen with four gas rings, a fridge and freezer. Furthermore there are two bedrooms in the house. Of course there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet in the house.

The most wonderful part of this house really is the outside space; the garden is very well-kept and has both a lawn and a playground for the children. There also is a barbeque, an outdoor shower and a large covered veranda with a big dining table next to the house.

When you leave the house through the gate it will only take you five minutes to walk to the long sandy beach of Porto Paglia. The view over the rocky coast line and the famous rock island ‘Pan di Zucchero’ is truly magnificent. Nearby is Gonnesa, a small village with a few bars, some shops and restaurants. A bit further away, you will find Iglesias, an interesting village with an historical centre and more shops and restaurants.

Giardino degli Ulivi is a wonderful accommodation for a family with one or two children, or for three adults. There is also a baby bed in the house. If you would like to rent the house for four adults, we can request it for you.

Important note: smoking is not allowed in this house.
