From Naples to Apulia - Fly Drive Holidays in Southern ItalyThis roundtrip will take you to three different regions in the central part of Southern Italy: Campania, Basilicata and Apulia. It is strategically positioned to explore the eastern part of Basilicata and the central part of Apulia. The masseria is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a day of rest, but there are plenty of interesting daytrips to be made too: • The archaeological site of Metapontum • The town Matera, ‘Citta dei Sassi’ • The caves of Castellana • The towns Pisticci and Ferrandina • The ghost town Craco Day 11 - 15 From Basilicata you head south towards the Salentine peninsula in the south of Apulia. You will stay near Ostuni, a perfect location from which to explore the central southern part of Apulia. Masseria Casina Vitale will be your home for the last four nights.
